11,000 Sq Ft Historic Reclaimed Timber Frame Barn Conversion

We were brought onto this project by the general contractor Meyer Najem after the original subcontractor responsible for restoring the historic barn could not complete the work. With a restaurant tenant already secured and construction deadlines in place, our team mobilized quickly to keep the project moving. Materials stored on a nearby farm were relocated to the Purdue site while additional components were restored in our shop in Cedar Falls. By restoring materials off site while assembling the frame on site, we completed our scope two weeks ahead of schedule.
