Our Role in Your Story
Co founders Ezrah and Elias met as roommates and teammates while playing college football at the University of Northern Iowa. The same discipline, trust, and teamwork that defined their time on the field now define the way they lead Three Ten Timber.
They moved from the locker room to the workshop with a shared belief: that buildings should be made with care, tell a story, and stand long enough to matter. That belief guides how they treat every client and every project.

Our mission is to help clients build custom timber and log structures with clarity, not confusion. The materials and methods we use are traditional, but the process does not have to be complicated.
We design, fabricate, and raise structures that honor craftsmanship and give families and businesses something they can rely on for generations. When reclaimed timbers make sense for a project, we incorporate them to add depth and character, always with the focus on building something new that will last.
