7,500 Sq Ft Reclaimed Timber Frame Barn Conversion
Brad initially contacted us about rebuilding a historic timber frame barn on his property in the Black Hills of South Dakota. As the design process progressed and the frame was engineered to meet local snow and wind loads, he realized the structure could become something more. The project evolved into the retirement home he plans to spend the rest of his life in. The barn was dismantled, restored in our Cedar Falls shop, and stored for nearly a year until the site was ready for construction.
